Dana Baker is a Claims Adjuster at Construction Claims Management. She manages all types of claims, lost time, medical only, subrogation, and litigation for the state of Alabama. She is especially good at investigating. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends; especially being a mom to her daughter and Jama to her grandchildren. She is an avid sports fan cheering on the Crimson Tide in football and basketball. She has her own pet sitting business, Furry Footprints.

Ashley Cauthen has worked with Construction Claims Management for 6 years as an adjuster. She and her husband Tommy love to travel! They enjoy their 5th wheel camper and taking their 3 puppies on all their adventures. She enjoys any family time with her 3 nephews, their spouses and all 3 of their new babies (2 girls and 1 boy). She loves being outdoors, her pool, and sports, Roll Tide! 

Colleen Pringle is a Claims Adjuster at AlaComp. She has been in the work comp field for 5 years and handles medical only and lost time claims. She loves spending time outdoors and exploring nature through hunting and fishing but also loves to be indoors curled up with a good book or three. Her favorite sports to watch are college & pro football and hockey. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her abundance of nieces and nephews 

 John Coscette is a PTA and a Work Comp Specialist at Therapy South. He and his wife, Chelsie, are raising two beautiful and rambunctious boys, Emmett (8 yrs old) and Salvatore (2 years old). Most of his time outside of work is lovingly spent with his family, whether it’s doing Cub Scouts with Emmett, letting Sal ride him like a donkey, or attempting to be a competent sous-chef in the kitchen with Chelsie. Outside of family life, John enjoys new experiences, fine food and good music. He also happens to be a big fan of the gameshow, Survivor! 

    Carrie Clark is the Worker’s Compensation Coordinator at Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons. The former Daytona Beach, Florida native moved to Montgomery in 2011 when her husband took a job to coach baseball at Alabama State University. Together, they have two kids & an adopted lab retriever mix. In her spare time, she enjoys nature, traveling, & being active.
